Product Description
According to the prevailing regulations, industries are required to be located in the Industrial Zone. However, there are several exceptions to this rule:
- Small and Medium Industries
- The city does not have an Industrial Zone
- The city has an Industrial Zone, but there is no available land
Regarding the above exceptions, although industries are allowed not to be located in the Industrial Zone, companies are required to still be located in the Industrial Designated Area by obtaining a Letter of Location Outside the Industrial Zone.
Steps
- Submission of application to the Ministry of Industry
- Audience with the Ministry of Industry (if necessary)
- Correction/completion of application documents
- Approval to be Located Outside the Industrial Zone
