Product Description
To export coal, besides requiring a Coal Transportation and Sales Mining Permit (IPP), companies also need a Registered Exporter (ET) document. To process the ET documents, companies must:
- Sign a sales agreement with the mine owner or other registered mining trading companies in the MODI system.
- Have a MODI ID.
Steps
Apply to the Ministry of Trade
- Verification by the Ministry of Trade
- Revise or complete the required documents
- Approval by the Ministry of Trade

为了能够出口煤炭，除了需要煤炭矿业运输和销售许可（IPP）外，公司还需要 “ET注册出口商”文件。为了能够办理注册出口商手续，公司必须：
