Product Description
- Cosmetics and household health products (PKRT) can only be imported by trading companies (API-U), but for customs code 3401.20.20, they can be imported by trading companies and manufacturing industries.
- The company’s NIB has the KBLI codes 46441, 46442, 46443, 46446, 46499, 46315, or 46334, and the business scope is activated, the company must cooperate with local distributors, attaching the relevant distributor’s NIB, cooperation contract, purchase order (PO), and invoices.
- To be able to process PI Cosmetics, companies are required to have obtained BPOM registration (distribution permit) for the related products.
- The validity period of the PI quota is a maximum of one year (until December 31 of the current year).
- Before applying for a PI import approval letter, companies are also obliged to obtain an import recommendation letter issued by the Ministry of Industry.

产品说明

- NIB上具有 46441，46442，46443，46446，46499，46315，或者 46334 KBLI 经营范围并已激活的情况
- 为了能办理化妆品PI，公司必须已获得相关产品的BPOM注册（分销许可证）。
- 公司必须与本地经销商合作，附上相关经销商的NIB，合作合同，PO采购订单及发票。
- PI配额的有效期最长为一年（截止至当年12月31日）。
- 办理PI进口审批函前，公司也有义务先得到工业部颁发的进口推荐信。
