Product Description
After the establishment process is completed, a company can make amendments to its articles, such as:
- changes to the composition of management (board of directors, commissioners, and shareholders)
- change of domicile
- change of company name
- change of KBLI, and
- change of authorized capital.
Steps
- Drafting Article of Association Amendments.
- Signing AoA Amendments.
- AoA Approval from the Minister of Justice
- Issuing new NPWP (Tax ID) and SKT (if any)
- Issuing New NIB (Business Registration Certificate) by OSS (if any)
