Product Description
PT Indonesia is divided into 4 (four) types of risks: Low Risk, Medium-Low Risk, Medium-High Risk, and High Risk. The risk level of business activities is determined by the KBLI (Standard Industrial Classification of Indonesia) chosen by the company. Based on the prevailing regulations in Indonesia, even if the foreign capital is only 1%, it is still categorized as a Foreign Investment Company (PMA).
When establishing a PT PMA (Foreign Investment Company), there are several mandatory requirements, namely:
Authorized capital of more than IDR 10,000,000,000.
At least 1 Director, 1 Commissioner, and 2 Shareholders.
Must have a registered office address.
